Forgot how to scrap!!! The horror!!
Ok, have you ever felt like you just forgot how to scrap? Well...I kinda feel that way. I mean...I've lost my mojo before, but this is different. I've finally gotten back to scrapping after a long hiatus. I also just participated in an online crop -- even won a prize and a few RAKS! THANKS ALL!! -- but I am not all that happy with my layouts. They are soo plain...like I've forgotten how to add an embellishment or something. Very weird. Well...then there is this layout -->

A little scrapping
Here are some layouts I got done this weekend. The Scrapperie throws a GREAT crop. The challenges are awesome, plus a bunch of games...woohoo!
The above layout was done as a lift. The Grandpa show was a puppet show at the Kane County fair.
The above layout was done for layout bingo. I had to pick a row, column, or diagonal from a bingo grid and scrap using those supplies. I choose a column that had pink paper, 3 or more photos, buttons, ribbon, and stitching. I almost forgot to include the buttons.
This was just completed for a layout tag at sassy scrappers. I LOVE how it turned out!

Ever feel like a hampster...
...in a hamptster wheel?
I totally feel like that right now. There always seems to be something major on my plate lately. Moving, having a baby, moving, adoption, moving again, more adoption....geez! Well, I was finally feeling a little settled. The adoption is finally moving forward, Kelly's activities are done, and well...I had some time for me.
Then I get the call...Mom fell. At least it was those words, but now I need to face reality...She needs to be in an assisted living facilitiy. She just can't take care of herself anymore. And now she fell...At least she is ok, but it could have been worse.
So...more stuff to do...the wheel keeps spinning.

Spring into Summer crop!
Hey all!!! Come and crop with me at the Scrapperie! Starting Thursday, 5-14 @ noon central time, we will be cropping. I believe we will have until Sunday or Monday night to complete challenges. The Scrapperie puts together an awesome crop, so come join me!
